Plataforma Park is one of the most significant industrial projects contributing to Mexico’s logistics and industrial growth, featuring 9,290 m² in speculative and Build-to-Suit (BTS) buildings, along with more than 464,515 m² of leasable space available.
Located in El Salto, Guadalajara’s leading industrial real estate submarket, the complex began development in 2023 and, within just three years, has achieved the occupancy of nine industrial buildings totaling 328,311 m².
Plataforma Park has successfully established an integrated industrial community made up of both national and international companies across various industries. Tenants include Supercap, Italika, Papel San Francisco, Real Truck, Foxconn, Jusda Logistics, and Mercado Libre’s Distribution Center (CEDIS), the latter spanning 100,000 m².
Part of its positioning stems from its world-class infrastructure. The park includes strategic facilities such as a fire station, helipad, office spaces, a 60 MVA electrical substation, wastewater treatment plant, essential utilities including natural gas, security systems, and telecommunications services.
Plataforma Park: A Certified Industrial Complex
The park has also strengthened its competitive profile through several certifications and recognitions, including the “Secure Industrial Park” designation granted by AMPIP, as well as the “Strategic Bonded Facility” (Recinto Fiscalizado Estratégico) certification from Mexican Customs.
From a sustainability perspective, its buildings have obtained LEED Gold 2025 and LEED Silver 2025 certifications. In terms of social impact, the park earned the “Cardio-Protected Space” certification from the state of Jalisco, reinforcing its commitment to industrial environments focused on well-being.
Overall, Plataforma Park has become a benchmark within the industrial market thanks to a strategy centered on infrastructure, innovation, and operational differentiation. Its commitment to integrating certifications, specialized equipment, and standards that remain uncommon in many industrial parks has enabled it to strengthen its market position in a relatively short period.
