Carlos Jaramillo, President of Economic and Industrial Development of Tijuana (Deitac) and Adriana Egui, leader of the Coordination of Industrial Developers, announced that an investment of US$450 million is estimated in Tijuana for industrial spaces during 2022.
“The investment would come from foreign companies that want to take advantage of the growth that Tijuana is having in areas such as Boulevard 2000 and Tecate,” according to Adriana Egui.
She also mentioned that investors are looking for spaces for the production of electronics, medical devices and 2 industrial parks in addition to a new sector that was added in logistics was the furniture trade.
