The industrial real estate market in Monterrey leads the construction starts in the country, accumulating nearly 12.9 million square feet (ft2) by the end of 2023, with 8% of this in VYNMSA Apodaca Industrial Park complex.
Although this 8% might seem like a small portion, it represents more than 1 million ft2; in other words, VYNMSA Apodaca alone surpassed the construction activity of markets such as Chihuahua, Nogales, and Reynosa, among others, according to Analytics 2.0 by Datoz.
